Emily Ann Biggs, 73, of Frankfort, KY, formerly of Campbellsville, the daughter of the late Wallace Woodside and Edna Ballard Woodside, was born on February 16, 1952 in Frankfort and departed this life on June 20, 2025 at the Frankfort Trails Nursing Home. 

She had been employed as a Child Care Provider for many years. Emily enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles, watching gameshows, dogs and dragonflys.

SURVIVORS:

2 daughters: Ann James & husband Kenny of Campbellsville and Julia Hockensmith & husband Adam of Frankfort

1 sister & 2 brothers: Brenda Knight of Versailles, Wayne Woodside & wife Jane of Frankfort, and Wallace “Bubby” Woodside of Florida

5 grandchildren: Kendra James, Lauren James, Blake James, Anthony Bryant, and Joe Bryant

The family chose cremation.

There are no services scheduled at this time.

L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville is in charge of arrangements.
