Ronnie O. Milby, 77, Green County, KY

 

Ronnie O. Milby, 77, of Green County, KY was born June 12, 1947 in Green County to the late Jim Milby and Virgie Alice Milby. He departed this life Sunday, June 8, 2025 at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg.

 

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Brush Creek Baptist Church. He was a Green County Road Foreman for 20 years. He holds a very special title in the World’s Greatest Dad Club, he enjoyed boating and fishing, he also took great pride in his yard work and loved playing with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

 

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by seven brothers: Lucian, Thurman, Alton, Alfred, Charles, Theodore and Clell; three sisters: Adell Martin, Elizabeth Milby and Dorothy Milby.

 

He is survived by his wife of 50 years Pat Cooper Milby; one daughter: Anita Milby of Greensburg; two sons: Rick Puckett (Lauren) of Richmond, KY., Michael Puckett (Peggy) of Glasgow, KY.; six grandchildren: Alicia Hall, Ashley Hall (Megan), Courtney Edwards (Matthew), Sydney Sims (Josh), Jack Puckett, Carrie Holstrom (Mick); six great-grandchildren: Devin Hall, Gage Thompson, Lyla Martin, Collins Edwards, Dawson Sims, Madeline Holstrom; three sisters-in-law: Elizabeth Ann Milby, Ruby Milby and Linda Cooper, plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: 1 P.M. Central Time, Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home with Bro Casey Durrett officiating

 

Burial: Wilson Cemetery in the Summersville Community of Green County

 

Visitation: Tuesday, June 10 from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. Central Time and after 7 A.M. Wednesday

 

Pallbearers: Rick Puckett, Michael Puckett, Devin Hall, Gage Thompson, Matthew Edwards, Gerald Gribbons

 

Honorary Pallbearers: Nieces and Nephews, Tim Darnell, Rodney Robertson

 

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund or Wilson Cemetery Fund. These can be made at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home.
