Mildred Cook, 89, of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Clem Preston Stamp and Eva Mable Abel, was born August 29th, 1935 in Bradfordsville, KY. She departed this life on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at her home.
Mildred retired from Walmart after many years of service. She enjoyed being a homemaker and loved doing home renovation projects.

3 daughters: Barbara Hudson and of Campbellsville; and Belinda Pennington of Texas
8 grandchildren & 9 great-grandchildren
1 sister: Holly Bryant of Liberty

Mildred was preceded in death by two sons and one daughter: Billy Cook in 2023, Bobby Cook in 1986 and Beverly Fishbach in 2025; and by two sisters and one brother: Maydra Weaver, Kathryn Schwindt, and Preston Stamp.
To honor Ms. Cook’s wishes, cremation was chosen and there will be no public service at this time.
