Mary E. Thompson, 87, of Campbellsville, KY, a daughter of the late Herman Lotter and Elizabeth Lawson Lotter, was born April 6, 1938 in Taylor County, KY. She died at 9:09 A.M., Thursday, May 15, 2025 in Campbellsville.

Mary professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Christian Church. She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville after 44 years of service. Mary enjoyed sewing, quilting and working with flowers. She dearly loved her grandkids and her church.

5 grandchildren: Jeremy Thompson &  wife Carrie and Angel Brockman & husband Andrew of Campbellsville, Jill Thompson (Katie) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Dillan Thompson & wife Hannah of Greensburg and Eric Hudgins & wife Allison of Murfreesboro, Tennessee

10 great-grandchildren: Amory Thompson, Hayden Thompson, Parker Thompson, Avery Thompson, Millie Thompson, Dillan Thompson, Ellie Thompson, Lainie Thompson, Kira Brockman and Audrey Hudgins

1 brother: Harold Lotter & wife Joann of Campbellsville

Mary was also preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Lotter.
