Donna Lynn Dowell, 60 of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of Chester Norris Lynch and the late Virginia Sue (Viers) Boley, was born in Louisville on December 21, 1964. She departed this life on Friday, May 2, 2025 at the UofL Hospital South in Shepherdsville, KY.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. Mrs. Dowell was a homemaker. She loved people, especially children, and will long be remembered for her big heart and her many acts of care and compassion towards those less fortunate.

Her children: Donnie Dowell & Brandy, Chad Dowell & Brooklyn, Jessica Dowell & Justin, Daniel Wright & Jessica, Nick Wright & CJ, and many other chosen children
6 grandchildren: Landon, Izaiah, Cheyenne, River, Gracie, and Lacey
2 brothers: Robert Boley (Amanda) and Josh Gouker
2 sisters: Christine Bray (Danny) and Dana Bray (Billy)
A host of other family members & friends
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Check Lynch, Jr. and a sister, Melissa Herron.
FUNERAL SERVICE: Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 1:00pmET at L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY
BURIAL: Callahan Cemetery
VISITATION: After 10:00amET on Wednesday at the funeral home
