Ronald Owens, 86, of Campbellsville, KY (formerly of Elizabethtown, KY), the son of the late William Oren Owens and Geneva Mae Mitchell Owens, was born March 17, 1939 in Lebanon, IN, and departed this life on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 in Campbellsville.
He was of the Christian Faith and was a former employee of Rock Island Gas Refinery. He enjoyed music, and played the Grand Ole Opry, and was the owner and operator of Magie Owens Dance Barn in Elizabethtown. He was a veteran having served his country honorably in the United States Army.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Roberta Owens; one son, Ronald Tracy Owens; and one brother, Robert Lee Owens.
Cremation was chosen and no public service is scheduled.
