John Douglas Bagby, 66, of Greensburg, KY, son of Johnny Alfred Bagby and Doris Ann Kinney Bagby of Greensburg, was born on February 11, 1959 and departed this life on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at his home. 

John had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. He worked as a machinist at Fruit of the Loom, and his hobbies included fishing, camping, floating the river, and riding his motorcycle. John enjoyed spending time with his family and was excited to meet his first great-grandbaby in August.

1 daughter & son-in-law: Ercia & Matt Jones of Greensburg

2 sons & a daughter-in-law: Clint Warf of Paducah, Caleb & Kayla Jo Bagby of Louisville

1 brother: Dale Patrick Bagby of Greensburg

6 grandchildren: Riley and Tabitha Pegram, Kaylee Judd, Braylie Jones, Carter Lee Crawford, Cole Jones, and Cali Jo Bagby

Funeral Service: Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 11:00amCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with Bro. TC Moore officiating. Cremation will follow the service.

Visitation: Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT and Wednesday after 7:00amCT at the funeral home

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Family Memorial Fund which can be made at the funeral home.
