Husband & wife, Indus and Shirley Pickett of the Donansburg community of Green County, KY passed away. Shirley, age 88, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Grandview Nursing and Rehab and Indus, age 88, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025 at his home.
SURVIVORS (for both Indus & Shirley):
3 daughters & a son-in-law: Lanetta & Kerry Davis of Greensburg, Larissa Kreilein of Bowling Green, and Mandy Beasley of Russellville
5 grandchildren: Kyle Davis & Autumn of Campbellsville, Lindsey Frields & Steven of Greensburg, Cole Kreilein of Nashville, Zoe Lambert & Sam of Bowling Green, and Mason Kreilein of Bowling Green
5 great-grandchildren: Bradley Davis, Keaton Davis, Arya Davis, Ethan Fields, Andrew Fields
Indus is also survived by:
3 brothers: Haydon Pickett of Campbellsville, Travis Pickett, Joe Allen Pickett both of Greensburg
3 sisters: Shelia Riggs of Owensboro, Charlotte Widdifield of Bowling Green, and Sharon Meadows of Greensburg
Shirley is also survived by:
1 brother: Wendell Wright of Campbellsville
1 sister: Judy Cook of Greensburg

Funeral Service: Sunday, March 16, 2025 at 2:00pmCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY with Bro. Todd Young and Bro. Bill Davenport officiating
A Masonic Service will immediately follow the funeral service in honor of Indus Pickett, conducted by Greensburg Masonic Lodge #54 F&AM
Burial: Ladies Chapel Cemetery
Visitation: After 9:00amCT on Sunday
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations in memory of Shirley Pickett to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and in memory of Indus Pickett to the Gideon Bible Fund or Hosparus of Green River, and can be made at the funeral home.
