Gwendola Glover, 90, of New Albany, Indiana, a daughter of the late Ruel and Genevieve (Hendrickson) Noel, was born April 18, 1934 in Casey County, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at her home. 

Gwendola had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Church of God Faith, a former seamstress and homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, doing crossword puzzles, playing with the grandkids and sitting with patients at Floyd Memorial Hospital.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George William Glover; a daughter, Sharon Basow; two sisters and three brothers: Viola Tungate, Wilbur Noel, Raymond Noel, William Eugene Noel and Mildred Myers.

1 sister: Margaret Doris Noel of Tennessee

4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, & 3 great-great grandchildren

Funeral Service: Friday, March 7, 2025 at 1:00pmET at L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY with Bro. Allen West officiating

Interment: Brookside Cemetery
