Beverly Sullivan Ingram, 84, Greensburg, KY

 

Beverly Sullivan Ingram, 84, of Greensburg, KY, daughter of the late Omar Sullivan and Louise Shuffett Sullivan, was born on July 10, 1940 in Green County and departed this life on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at her home.

 

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended Greensburg Global Methodist Church. Beverly was known to many in this community and well known as the lady who made the delicious rum cakes for the holidays. She enjoyed this and took pride in her baking, and she was always ready to provide one when asked. Her greatest love, however, was for her two grandchildren.

 

SURVIVORS:

1 son & daughter-in-law: Don & Katy Ingram of Greensburg

2 grandchildren: Allie Ingram Deaton & husband Kelley of Bardstown and John Ingram of Louisville

1 brother & sister: Montie Sullivan and Brenda Tucker both of Greensburg

Niece & nephews: Cindy Milby of Greensburg, Robbie Beard & wife Sherri of Greensburg, Jason Sullivan & wife Heather of Indiana, and Ashley Sullivan of Louisville

 

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers: Bobby Joe Sullivan and Sammy Sullivan; and a sister-in-law, Phyllis Sullivan.

Funeral Service: Monday, March 3, 2025 at 1:00pmCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY with Bro. Dale Curry officiating

 

Burial: Greensburg Cemetery

 

Visitation: After 9:30amCT on Monday

 

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hosparus of Green River which can be made at the funeral home.
