Terry Austin Ratcliff, 36, of Hazard, KY passed away Thursday, January 23, 2025 in Hazard. He was born in Taylor County, KY on July 22, 1989 to Junior Ratcliff and the late Libby Wheeler Messer
Terry was of the Pentecostal Faith and enjoyed watching Football (especially the Dallas Cowboys), karaoke, and Elvis Presley. He was an Ordained Minister, a member of the Kentucky Colonels, liked fishing, and time with family and friends.
In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by a brother, John Michael Ratcliff.

2 sisters: Patricia Sims of Indiana and Brooklynn Hoosier of Greensburg
