Carlos DeWayne Patterson, 79, of Campbellsville, KY, son of the late Floyd Lee Patterson and Annie Alzora Risen Patterson, was born on March 16, 1945 in Green County, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Taylor Regional Hospital.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member at Bethlehem Baptist Church for 45 years. In his free time, he enjoyed the outdoors and going hunting and fishing.

His wife of 59 years: Sue Patterson of Campbellsville
3 sons & daughters-in-law: Michael & Linda Patterson of Greensburg, Timmy & Michele Patterson of Greensburg, Chris Patterson of Campbellsville
2 grandchildren: Tyler Patterson and Taylor Patterson of Greensburg
2 great-grandchildren: Emery and Ensleigh Patterson of Greensburg
2 brothers & a sister-in-law: Johnny Patterson, Leroy and Joyce Patterson
3 sisters & brothers-in-law: Barbara Morgan, Patsy & Benny Grant, Sherry & Kenneth Creason
Besides her parents, he was also preceded in death two brothers: Eudell Patterson and Shelby Patterson; and two sisters: Ovella Nunn and Janice Ervin.

Burial: Bethlehem Cemetery
Visitation: Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT and Sunday after 7:00amCT at the funeral home
The family has requested that expressions from sympathy take the form of donations to the Bethlehem Baptist Church Youth Program, and can be made at the funeral home.
