Brenda Lewis Blevins, 75, of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Travis and Lora (Davis) Lewis, was born in Yuma, KY on December 6, 1949. She departed this life on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 in Louisville at the University Hospital.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Soule Chapel Church. Mrs. Blevins was the former Director of Radiology at Taylor Regional Hospital.
Brenda was the cherished wife of the late Billy Blevins, who preceded her in death on October 9, 2015. She was also preceded in death by three brothers: Tony Lewis, Lonnie Dean Lewis, and Travis Eugene Lewis.

2 brothers: Roger Lewis and Donald Lewis, both of Campbellsville
