Evelyn Gay Bentley, 76, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Leonard Perkins and Myrtle Overstreet Perkins, was born January 30, 1949 in Adair County, KY and departed this life on Monday, February 3, 2025 in Campbellsville at Taylor Regional Hospital. 

Evelyn professed faith in Christ and attended the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Knifley. She was a homemaker.

SURVIVORS:

2 daughters: Linda DeSpain & husband Mikeal and Vanessa Bottoms, both of Greensburg

1 grandson: BJ Farmer of Campbellsville

4 great-grandchildren: Andrew Farmer, Bree Farmer, Brian Brackett, and Paislee Farmer

3 brothers: Donald Perkins (Anna), Jody Perkins (Sharon), and Johnny Perkins (Donna), all of Knifley

1 sister: Barbara Lockridge of Knifley

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Perkins, and one great-grandson, Brayden Farmer.

Burial: Robinson Ridge Cemetery
