David Louis Meadows, 51, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late Shelby Meadows and Rosie Matney Meadows, was born on March 9, 1973 in Greensburg, and departed this life on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at his home. 

David had made a profession of faith in Christ, with Maple Hill Methodist Church being his home church. He was formerly employed with Jane Todd Crawford Hospital as an emergency room tech and psychiatric ward attendant. David loved fishing, gaming, basketball, and kayaking. When he was younger, he excelled at skateboarding.

3 children: Heaven Lee Meadows of Russell Springs, Hallie Grace Meadows and Hayden Louis Meadows both of Greensburg

1 sister & brother-in-law: Donna & Brad Mitchell of Greensburg

Uncle: Jerry Matney of Indiana

Nieces & nephews: Renea Meadows, Tasha & Gary Buckner, Lynbree Mitchell, and Jamie Jeffries all of Greensburg

Great-niece: Aleeah Woodson of Greensburg

A host of other relatives & friends

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by his grandparents: Porter & Gracie Meadows and Lloyd & Fay Matney; and a brother, Daryl Timothy Meadows.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 1:00pmCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY

Burial: Maple Hill Cemetery

Visitation: After 10:00amCT on Tuesday at the funeral home
