Terry Austin Ratcliff, 36, of Hazard, KY was born in Taylor County, KY on July 22, 1989 to Junior Ratcliff and the late Libby Wheeler Messer and departed this life on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at his home.
Terry was of the Pentecostal Faith and enjoyed watching Football (especially the Dallas Cowboys), karaoke, and Elvis Presley. He was an Ordained Minister, a member of the Kentucky Colonels, liked fishing, and time with family and friends.
In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by a brother, John Michael Ratcliff.
