Roy “Bird Dog” Pelly, 70, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late LeeRoy and Nellie Patricia (Lewis-Sutton) Pelly, was born November 8, 1954 in Louisville, KY and departed this life on Friday, January 24, 2025 at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital.
He was a former masonry contractor.
