Tammy Lynn Rakes, 56, of Mannsville, KY, the daughter of Carolyn (Cornett) Wise and the late Pious Alexander Wise, was born April 14, 1968 in Marion County, KY and departed this life on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Taylor Regional Hospital.

Tammy was a cook at Campbellsville University, having been employed by Pioneer Catering, and was of the Baptist Faith.

Her husband of 30 years: Ricky Lynn Rakes of Mannsville

Her children: Joseph Michael “Joey” Wise & wife Delisa and Latrichia Lake & husband Justin of Campbellsville; Christina Bagby & husband Brian of Liberty

Her mother: Carolyn Wise

1 brother & 2 sisters: Tommy Wise, Sue Wise and Melinda Wise

4 grandchildren: Hunter Mattingly, Leilah Aud, Liana Lake and Lillynn Lake

Close friends: Karen Robinson, Lisa Williams and Melissa Trunnell
