Regina Ann Smith, 64, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Joe Tom Burress and Ila Jean Patterson Burress, was born on July 2, 1960 and departed this life on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her family.
She was a former Nursing Home Aide and a homemaker. Regina attended Digging Well Ministries. She enjoyed animals, friends, tv, talking on the phone, caring for children, her family, going to church, Jesus and George Jones.

4 grandchildren: Erica, Bridget, Tyler, and Christy
7 great-grandchildren: Ana, Jairo, Olivia, Angelina, Noah, Abraham, and Abel
1 sister: Jennifer Ford of Campbellsville
Aunt: Rose Scholl (Burl) of Indiana

Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Eric Ford.

Burial: Brookside Cemetery
Visitation: After 11:00amET on Friday at the funeral home
Pallbearers: Cody Ford, Gavin Ford, Brandon Ford, Tyler Susenbach, Stephen Allen, Jacob Covin, and Johnny Martin
