Tom Berkowski, 60, of Campbellsville, KY, son of the late Richard Berkowski and Anne Wortchnig Berkowski, was born on April 18, 1964 in Chicago, IL. He departed this life on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Taylor Regional Hospital.

Tom professed faith in Christ and was a devout Christian. He was very involved in AA. Tom enjoyed fishing, hunting, and cooking.

1 son & 2 daughters: Tom Berkowski Jr. of Illinois; Angie Lotito & husband Anthony of Illinois; and Alex Buchanan of Campbellsville

6 grandchildren: Emelia Buchanan of Campbellsville; Christopher Lotito; Ethan Lotito; Natalie Lotito; Marianna Berkowski; and Jonathan Berkowski all of Illinois

1 brother: Jim Berkowski of Campbellsville

Tom was preceded in death by two brothers: Ray Berkowski and Richard Berkowski, and one infant sister

FUNERAL SERVICE: To honor Mr. Berkowski’s requests, cremation was chosen. There will be a celebration of life at a later time.
