Tommy Frederick Shell, 66, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late James Luther Shell and Blanche Marie Sanders Shell, was born on December 18, 1958 in Pikeville, KY and departed this life on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital. 

Tommy worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for 15 years.

His wife of 36 years: Veronica Shell of Greensburg

2 daughters & sons-in-law: Crystal & Joey Young of Greensburg and Shenna & Steven Burd of Hardyville

5 grandchildren

1 sister: Julia Kilgore of Pierce

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by two step-children: Amanda Wakley and Richard Wakley and two sisters: Dorothy Boston and Ruth Ann Mixon.

Visitation: Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 10:00am-2:00pmCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with cremation to follow

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take form of donation to the family burial fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
