Mary Helen Sprowles, 87, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Willard Allen and Emma Skaggs Allen, was born on August 20, 1937 and departed this life on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at her residence. 

Mrs. Sprowles professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was retired from Fruit of The Loom after 42 years and was a homemaker and worked at Medco Nursing Home for 10 years. Mrs. Sprowles enjoyed shopping, flowers, and feeding the squirrels. She was very friendly and enjoyed good conversations, and spending time with her great-grandbabies

Her husband: Wayne Sprowles of Campbellsville

2 daughters: Diane Mardis of Campbellsville and Retha Sprowles Baumle of Louisville

2 grandsons: Brandon Mardis and Kyle Mardis

1 great-granddaughter: Makayla Mardis

2 great-great-grandchildren: Axton New and Alec Mardis

Her granddog: Tazzie

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Alan Wayne Sprowles

There will be a private Funeral Service at L.R. Petty Funeral Home Chapel in Campbellsvile, KY with Bro. Dwayne Norman officiating

Entombment: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens
