Billy Paul Osborne, 45, of Campbellsville, KY died Monday, October 21, 2024 in Campbellsville as the result of an accident. He was born April 22, 1979 in Harlan County, KY, a son of the late Paul Osborne and Ann Collins of Harlan County, KY who survives.

Billy was employed by Windstream.
