James Earl "Jimmy" Hutson, Jr., 56, of Greensburg, KY, a son of Barbara Ellen Gibson Williams and the late James Earl Hutson, Sr., was born on January 7, 1968 in West Virginia. He departed this life on Thursday, October 17, 2024 in Green County, KY.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Jimmy worked in maintenance and was an employee of Dixie Restoration for several years. In earlier years, Jimmy was a boxer and participated in Golden Gloves. He was one match away from competing in the Olympics. He truly loved his family and was known as "Pa," just not to his own family, but to many others as well.

His mother: Barbara Williams of West Virginia
2 daughters & sons-in-law: Niki Curry (Nathan) of Greensburg and Tosha Curry (Joe) of Hardyville
5 grandchildren: Sierra Beams, Colton Beams, Destiny Bowles, Jacob Blaylock and Ryan Blaylock
3 brothers: Shane Hutson (Michelle), Ted Hutson (Michelle) all of West Virginia, and Wes Hutson (Amanda) of Virginia

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Beverly Lucas and his twin Terresa Hutson; and his step-father, Mike Williams.
Funeral Service: Monday, October 21, 2024 at 3:00pmCT at Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home in Greensburg with Bro. Trent Davis and Bro. Ricky Arnett officiating
Burial: Perkins Cemetery
Visitation: After 8 A.M. Monday at the funeral home
Pallbearers: Larry Pierce, Scotty Pierce, Colton Beams, Joe Blaylock, Shane Hutson, Wes Hutson, Ted Hutson and Nathon Thompson
