Royce Waddell Compton, 80, of Greensburg KY was born November 4, 1943 in Green County, KY to the late Arthur Delmas Compton and Ruby Geneva Warf Compton. He departed this life on Wednesday morning, October 16, 2024 at TJ Samson Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Mr. Compton had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. He worked for Brown and Williamson. Affectionately, his nickname from his great-nieces and great-nephews is WoWo.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Norma Sue Compton.

Burial: Pierce Community Cemetery
