Beulah Mae South, 83, was born May 31, 1941 in the Gabe Community of Green County, KY to the late Vester and Hazel Wright Lobb. She departed this life Saturday, October 12, 2024 at TJ Samson Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Ms. South had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was retired from Fruit-of-the-Loom. Ms. South was an avid University of Kentucky Basketball Fan and loved to crochet and sit on her front porch on Legion Park Road in Greensburg and wave at everyone who drove by.   

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Bobbie South; one sister,  Barbara Bell; and one brother, Buford Lobb.

Her children: Rodney South of Columbia, Janet South of Greensburg, and Donna Milby & husband Ted of Summersville

1 brother: Kenneth Lobb of Louisville

3 grandchildren: Ashley Huff & husband Jerell, Jamie Milby & wife Adora, and Shiloh South

8 great-grandchildren: Camren Vicari, Bryant, Kortney and Londyn Mayo, Jacob Milby, Sadie and Sean Sebastian and Henley Walters

A public visitation for Beulah Mae South will be from 8 am until 12 noon Central Time Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg.

Burial: Asbury-Center Cemetery in the Center Community of Metcalfe County
