Hazel Lewis Moore Milam, 95, of Louisville, KY (a native of Greensburg, KY) passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024 in Louisville. She was the daughter of the late Lewis and Bessie Moore.
Hazel was born and raised in Greensburg, KY. She made her profession of faith in Christ and was baptized at Liberty Separate Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Homer R. Milam and a son, Robert (Bob) R. Milam.
