Barbara Moss, 88, of Madison, Georgia, formally of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Truman Riley and Erma Disponett Riley, was born February 22, 1936 in Lawrenceburg, KY and departed this life on Thursday, August 15, 2024.

Barbara united in marriage to Ralph Moss on January 31, 1959. They shared a loving 56 years of marriage. He preceded her in death on February 21, 2015.

Barbara was always joyful with a heart waiting to love and laugh. She was an unconditionally loving mother, grammie, and great grammie. She loved children and enjoyed caring for them in her time as a caregiver. She enjoyed gardens of plants and flowers. Barbara professed faith in Christ and attended Salem Baptist Church for many years.

SURVIVORS:

3 children: Janice Moss-Brown of Buckhead, Georgia; Rikki Moss of Louisville; and Paul Moss of Lexington

3 grandchildren: MayaFaith Moss-Brown and Leon Moss-Brown of Georgia and PJ Moss of Ohio

1 great-grandson: Zachary

1 brother: Alan Riley of Lawrenceburg

FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 3:00pmET at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville with Rev. Michael Goodwin and Rev. Al Hardy officiating

VISITATION: After 1:00pmET on Saturday at the funeral home
