Margaret Parrott, 86, daughter of the late Ezra Colvin and Esther Lee Mardis Colvin, was born on September 9, 1937 in Taylor County, KY. She died at 7:42 P.M., Wednesday, August 7, 2024 in Campbellsville. 

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church. Margaret was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She was a hard worker and enjoyed gardening in her spare time.

She united in marriage to Norman Thomas Parrott December 20, 1969 and he preceded her in death January 27, 2022.

1 daughter-in-law: Isabel Ratliff of Campbellsville

2 grandchildren: Jonathon Ratliff and Cassandra Nicole Ratliff

2 step-children: Carla Parrott-Johnson and Gary Parrott

1 brother: Geraldine Bennett & husband Ron of Campbellsville

1 sister: Richard “Shorty” Colvin of Campbellsville

Sister-in-law: Marjorie Colvin of Campbellsville

Margaret was also preceded in death by two sons in infancy and one brother, Russell Colvin.
