David Milby, 69, of Summersville, KY (formerly of Knoxville, Tennessee), son of the late James Roy Milby and Lillian Warren Milby, was born on June 9, 1955 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at Hospice House in Glasgow, KY.
Mr. Milby had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Olivet Baptist Church in Powell, Tennessee. He was a National Gas consultant and was owner and operator of CH4 Concepts. Mr. Milby was also a Kentucky Colonel.

2 grandchildren: Patrick Skaggs & fiancé Taylor of Jamestown, KY and Anna Renee Luster of Powell, Tennessee

Sister-in-law: Rita Milby of Summersville
Long-time friends: Mark & Carolyn Ervin of Ohio
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by grandparents: N.C. Milby & Lee Madden and a brother, Ranny Milby.

Honoring his wishes, cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
