Fayetta Hill, 94, daughter of the late Fletcher Cox and Bertha Wright Cox, was born on August 7, 1929 in Taylor County, KY. She died at 6:30pmET on Friday, May 3, 2024 in Campbellsville.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of First Methodist Church. Fayetta was a homemaker and beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.

She united in marriage to Elijah Mac Hill August 19, 1948 and he preceded her in death July 5, 2016.   

SURVIVORS:

2 sons & 2 daughters: Allan Hill & wife Rosie of Campbellsville, Jim Hill of Louisville, Katy Blancett & husband Bruce of Louisville, and Amy Hill of Morgantown, West Virginia

9 grandchildren: Savannah Morgan, Chris Hill & wife Kristen, Eli Hill & wife Cheryl, Joey Hill & wife Megan, Caleb Hill, Jason Hill & wife Emily, Jared Hill & wife Sarah, Mason Blancett, and Blake Blancett

10 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild

Fayetta was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters: Granville Cox, Orville Cox, Thomas Cox, Lilywood Harris, and Francis McCulloch.
