Janice Lee Hamm, 68, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Robert and Jean (Spieles) Boreman, was born September 10, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois, and departed this life on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at her home.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Boreman.

Janice was of the Catholic Faith and enjoyed gardening, playing volleyball, working at the Hosparus Thrift Store and most of all, attending any and all events that her family was part of.

Her husband: Philip A. Hamm of Campbellsville 

2 daughters: Linda Hamm and Jennifer Van Mersbergen & husband Guy, both of Campbellsville

1 sister: Peggy Excobedo & husband Bedo of Campbellsville and Robert Boreman of Chicago

4 grandchildren: Rebecca Hamm, Jaylynn, Phillip and Chyanne Van Mersbergen

The family of Janice would like to say a special “Thank You” to the staff at Hosparus for the care given to her during her illness.

To honor her request, the family chose cremation and no public services are scheduled at this time.
