Ricky Allen Cox, 42, of Campbellsville, KY passed away Friday, April 5, 2024 as the result of a traffic incident. He was born in Taylor County on August 27, 1981 to Eva Mae Bagby Cox and the late Mac Arthur Cox.
Ricky had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of New Journey Church. He loved to stay active and outdoors; he was fishing or hunting ginseng at every opportunity he had. Ricky had a big heart and an infectious laugh, and he loved to be an encouraging voice to anyone, but especially those struggling with addictions.

His wife: Sabrina (Ferrell) Cox
3 children: Kylar Allen Cox, Jace Lonnie Cox, and Brooklyn Rakes
3 siblings: Wanda Buck of Campbellsville, Roger Cox & wife Frankie of Campbellsville, and Keith Cox & wife Angie of Greensburg
Nieces & nephews: Jessica Cox, Candace Timms, Troy Wilson, Joe Cox, and Stefany Cox
Lielong friend: Steven Parker
A host of other family members & friends
Besides his brother, he was also preceded in death by two siblings: Arthur Wayne Cox and Susan Marie Cox.
The family chose cremation and no public service is scheduled at this time.
