Patricia “Patty” Ann Harris, 79, of Campbellsville, KY, a daughter of the late David Mudd and Margaret Walker Mudd, was born on November 2, 1944 in Louisville, KY.  She died Saturday, March 30, 2024 in Louisville.

1 daughter: Courtney Ann Kosid of Jamestown, KY

2 grandchildren: Sarah Edwards (Luke) of Greenville, SC and Cameron Kosid of Birmingham, AL

1 sister: Susie Schoen (Denny) of Haymarket, VA

1 brother: Mike Mudd (Jull) of Tamuning, Guam

Daughter-in-law: Michelle Kosid of Campbellsville, KY

Patty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dr. William Stephen Harris, and her son, Lt Col Robert Reed Kosid, USMC, Retired. 

Patty led a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments. Known for her vibrant personality and zest for life, she found joy in knitting, playing games, and spending time with her family. Patty was the life of every party, spreading warmth and laughter wherever she went.

Per Patty’s request, a Memorial Service will not be held. There will be a Celebration of Life scheduled at a later date honoring her remarkable journey and allowing family and friends to come together and share cherished memories of a truly remarkable woman whose spirit will forever shine bright in our hearts.

Cremation was chosen and Magnolia Cremations of Jeffersonville, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.

She requested expressions of sympathy to the American Cancer Society in honor of Robert Kosid or to an organization of your choice.
