OBITS

Teddy Arthur Upchurch, 84, Greensburg, KY

Teddy Arthur Upchurch, 84, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late Rev. Charles Arthur and Eveyln Upchurch, journeyed to his heavenly home on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. He was born on June 23, 1939.

He had made a profession of faith and was a dedicated member of Summershade United Methodist Church. He was a committed servant. His Christian walk was a testimony for Jesus Christ. He retired from the Green County Vocational School as an automotive teacher. This was a job he thoroughly enjoyed due to his lifelong passion as a car enthusiast.

He married the love of his life, Carol McFarland Upchurch, on October 19, 1955. They have celebrated 68 years of blessed marriage. Together, they enjoyed worshiping our Saviour, family, traveling and most of all - each other. He was a devoted father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
