Tara Hancock Gupton, 102, of Greensburg, KY, daughter of the late Grover Cleveland and Amanda Gilpin Hancock, was born on February 28, 1921 in Green County, KY. She departed this life on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Green Hill Nursing and Rehab in Greensburg.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a 78-year member of the Greensburg Baptist Church. Mrs. Gupton was a homemaker and former owner of White Cloud Laundromat.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Garnett Frank Gupton, on March 19, 2006, having united in marriage on January 14, 1939.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Glen Gupton on January 8, 2012 and one sister, Margy Marie Hancock.
