Patricia Vivian Walsh Blakeman, 91, Greensburg, KY

 

Patricia Vivian Walsh Blakeman, 91, of Greensburg, KY, a daughter of the late William Patrick Walsh and Lena Alice Walsh, was born on April 18, 1932 in San Diego, California and departed this life on Friday, February 2, 2024 at Taylor Regional Hospital. 

 

Patricia was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer and a retired Custodian from the Green County School System.

 

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Durham Blakeman on March 11, 2013 having united in marriage on January 29, 1954; a son, Joseph P. Blakeman; a brother, Robert Walsh; and five brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law: Robert Bobby & Hattie Blakeman, William Billy & Norene Blakeman, Lydia Anne Gaunce, Lynn Taylor Blakeman, Katherine & Walton Shuffett, Charles Hughett Blakeman, and Richard Dickie Blakeman.

 
SURVIVORS
3 daughters & 2 sons-in-law: Virginia Judd of Greensburg, Libby & Todd Cissell of Campbellsville, and Tracy & Wes Clark of Greensburg
9 grandchildren: Blake Judd, Joshua Blakeman, Austin Oudomparamy, Justin Blakeman, Jeremy Blakeman,  Brittani Cissell, Hunter Clark, Rebecca Harsch, and Jack Harsch
7 great-grandchildren
1 daughter-in-law: Daisy Blakeman of Florida
Her siblings & their spouses: John Lewis Walsh of Michigan, Lawrence & Terry Walsh of Greensburg, Rose Anne & Bill Bertram of Edge Wood, William Patrick & Denise Walsh of Campbellsville
3 sisters-in-law: Judy Blakeman, Marlene Judd, and Connie Blakeman

Funeral Service: Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 11:00amCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY with Bro. Dale Curry officiating
 
Burial: Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery in Campbellsville
 
Visitation: Monday, February 5, 2024 from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT and Tuesday after 7:00amCT at the funeral home 
 
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take form of donation to the Holy Redeemer Church Fund, which can be made at the funeral home. 
 
Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
