Mary Lee Jones, 83, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Clell and Dorothy (Lasson) Scroggins, was born April 16, 1940 in Springfield, Illinois and departed this life on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 in Campbellsville at her home.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Dunnville Church of God. Mrs. Jones was a homemaker and former school bus driver for Taylor County Schools. Mary loved singing and was always sharing her love for the Lord every place she went, whether it be at church or on the street.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Delmar Jones; three children: David Allen Jones, Stephanie Michelle Jones and Jewel Broadhurst; a sister, Pamela Scroggins and a brother, Clell Scroggins, Jr.

2 sons & 2 daughters: Delmar Ray Jones & companion Lisa, Billy Lee Jones, Crickett Richardson & husband Todd and Mary Kathleen Milby all of Campbellsville

1 sister: Maxine Moore of California

17 grandchildren & 14 great-grandchildren

Funeral Service: Sunday, February 4, 2024 at 1:00pmET at L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY with Bro. Ted Stidham officiating

Burial: Elliot Cemetery

Visitation: Saturday from 5:00pm-8:00pmET and Sunday after 9:00amET at the funeral home
