Jimmy Tucker, 82, of Campbellsville, KY passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital. 
 

Mr. Tucker was a member of Pleasant Union Baptist Church where he attended faithfully. He served his country in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart. Mr. Tucker enjoyed fishing, gardening, doing outdoors work and listening to Motown Music. He loved his family and enjoyed spending every minute with them.

His wife of 55 years: Mable Tucker

2 daughters: Vanessa Tucker Smith and Jamie Tucker Givens (Rod)

2 grandchildren: Courtney Smith and Carson Smith

1 sister: Cecilia Mae Marshall

4 brothers-in-law & 4 sisters-in-law

A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends

Funeral Service: Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Caldwell officiating

Burial: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens

Visitation: Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m until the time of service at Pleasant Union Baptist Church
