Phyllis Faye Murphy, 77, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Woody McQueary and Opal Cheek McQueary, was born May 2, 1946 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Taylor Regional Hospital.
Phyllis was a homemaker and provided childcare. She enjoyed reading, baking cookies, nature, and flowers, and taking trips to Gatlinburg with her family. Phyllis professed faith in Christ and attended Campbellsville Baptist Temple.
