Gary Edward Hunt, 69, of Campbellsville, KY was born December 31, 1953 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Garland Edward Hunt and Marjorie Lee Bohanon Hunt, and departed this life on Saturday, December 9, 2023 in Campbellsville.
Mr. Hunt professed faith in Christ and was an active member of the Mt. Roberts Baptist Church. He was a retired over-the-road truck driver having been an owner/operator for many years. He enjoyed all kinds of mechanical work and was a jack of all trades. He never met a stranger and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

6 grandchildren: Lilly Bennett, Victoria Bennett, Jaycee Mings, Sydney Mings, Ethan Mings, and Chayse Thompson
1 great–grandson: Ezra Dodson
2 brothers: Doug Hunt & wife Tammy of Campbellsville and Kevin Hunt & wife Christy of Burkesville
