Carolyn Jean Vaughn Milby, 79, of Greensburg, KY, daughter of the late Woodruff Vaughn and Mildred Price Vaughn, was born on September 15, 1944 and passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Green Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Carolyn had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the South Summersville Baptist Church. She worked at Fruit of the Loom for 30 plus years and as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Green Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She united in marriage to Charles Edward Milby on February 1, 1964 and he preceded her in death on April 21, 2022.

1 son-in-law: Jonah Sidebottom of the Gabe community

2 grandchildren: Daniel Sidebottom and Autumn Sidebottom of the Gabe community

2 brothers & sisters-in-law: William & Janice Vaughn and Donnie & Joyce Ann Vaughn of Greensburg

A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Lynn Sidebottom and one sister, Lois Ann Arnett Hamilton.………………

Funeral Service: Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 10:00amCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with Bro. David Vaughn officiating

Burial: Green County Memory Gardens

Visitation: Tuesday, December 5, 2023 from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7 A.M., Wednesday until time of the service.

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund which can be made at the funeral home.
