Valerie Lynn Pierce, 72, of Greensburg, KY, daughter of the late Floyd Posey and Letha Curry Posey, was born May 6, 1951 in Adair County, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg.
Valerie had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church. She was a Family Care Home Operator and enjoyed spending every single precious moment she could with her family.

1 daughter & son-in-law: Marsha Lynnette & Greg Roy of Columbia
1 son & daughter-in-law: Jason Matthew & Michelle Pierce of Campbellsville
6 grandchildren
17 great-grandchildren
Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Nelson Posey and a sister, Shirley Temple Posey Kelly.
