Shirley Patterson Underwood, 73, of Campbellsville, KY (formerly of Greensburg), daughter of the late James Holland Patterson and Vada Fields Patterson, was born on December 8, 1949 in Green County and departed this life on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at her home.
Shirley had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Riverside Baptist Church. She enjoyed painting, attending car shows, and playing piano..

4 nieces: Farrah Pruitt of Greensburg, Tarrah Underwood of Somerset, Tina Judd and Danielle Wright of Greensburg
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Randy Patterson; an uncle, Amol “Babe” Patterson; and an aunt, Mary Twyman Simpson.
