Phyllis Sue Frazier Key, 68, of Glasgow, KY, daughter of the late Hezekiah Henry Frazier and Margarete Marie Kerns Frazier, was born on June 20, 1955 in Kokomo, Indiana. She departed this life on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a member of Glasgow Faith Church and participated in the ladies group.

8 grandchildren: Katie, Shana, Jenna, Lilly, Tyler, Matthew, Isabella and Rowdy

1 sister: Vallery Nell Frazier
Her best friend: Lori Duvall of Glasgow

She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: John Pat Frazier, Phillip Edward Frazier and Lena Anne Frazier.
