Roland Johnson, 76, of Liberty, KY, son of the late Hugie Johnson and Lou Ella Downs, was born April 4th, 1947 in Liberty, KY and departed this life on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at the Casey County Hospital.

Roland loved the Lord and served as an assistant pastor at Full Gospel Deliverance Church. He loved fishing and spending time with his grandkids.

His wife of 43 years: Mary Alice Henderson

5 children: Janet Hilbert & husband Dennis of Bardstown, Doug Dobson & wife Brenda of Lebanon, Barry Dobson & wife Michelle of Campbellsville, Ronnie Dobson & wife Becky of Houstonville, and Sharon Hilbert & husband Mark of Louisville

17 grandchildren & 32 great-grandchildren

1 sister: Rosalee Tungate of Campbellsville

He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters: Hugh Johnson, Mary Cox, Louenne Turpin, Lula Mae Edwards, and Bell Rakes.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, September 11, 2023 at 1:00pmET at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville with Ronnie Dobson officiating

BURIAL: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens

VISITATION: After 10:00amET on Monday at Auberry Funeral Home 

PALLBEARERS: Abe Fair, Matthew Fair, Chris Garmon, Stephen Dobson, Wayne Dobson, Adam Dobson, & Andrew Dobson
