Dannie Keith Newton, 76, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Malcolm Derr and Elizabeth Ann (Agee) Newton, was born August 21, 1947 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Monday, August 28, 2023 at his home.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of White’s Ridge General Baptist Church. He was a retired school bus driver for the Campbellsville Independent School System. He enjoyed frying fish for events and churches, loved fishing, gardening and cooking cornbread and chocolate pies for his family, but most of all spending time with his grandbabies.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and sister: Glen Allen Newton and Martha Nell Benningfield; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Interment: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens
