Louise Paxton Esters Stearman, 88, of Greensburg, KY, daughter of the late Everett Paxton and Gladys Jeffries Paxton, was born June 19, 1935 in Green County and departed this life on Monday, August 28, 2023 at Signature Healthcare at Summitt Manor in Columbia, KY.

Louise had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg Presbyterian Church. She was also a retired bookkeeper.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Leon “Sarge” Esters on July 7, 1980, having united in marriage on November 27, 1963. She later united in marriage to Thomas “Tom” Stearman on May 27, 1988 and he also preceded her in death on December 31, 2006.

Ms. Stearman was also preceded in death by a son, Stewart Taylor Esters on September 30, 2019.
