Emma Lou Mings, 89, of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Joshua W. Holtzclaw and Lula E. Blair Holtzclaw, was born April 20, 1934 in Adair County, KY. She died at 6:11pmET on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 in Greenville, South Carolina.   

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of First Methodist Church. She worked at Town and Country Furniture from the day it opened and until the day it closed, and later worked at Lake Village Furniture.

Emma Lou united in marriage to Eugene Mings June 4, 1950 and he preceded her in death on July 4, 2015.

1 daughter & son-in-law: Lisa & Bill Baldwin of Greenville, South Carolina

2 grandsons: Blake Baldwin & wife Katie of Greenville, South Carolina and Brock Baldwin & wife Lindsey of Savannah, Georgia

1 great-grandchild: Quinn Baldwin

She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: Albert Holtzclaw, Minnie Sublett and John Holtzclaw.
