Dave Frances, 69, of Elkhorn, KY, son of the late Lawrence Frances and Antoinette Nastri Frances, was born April 29, 1954 in New Haven, Connecticut and departed this life on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at his home surrounded by family.
Dave professed faith in Christ and had a personal relationship with his Lord and Savior. He played steel guitar and enjoyed making music with his daughter and neighbors. Dave and his wife formerly owned Frances Farm Equipment in the Elkhorn community.
